This philosophy of Royal Education Society is the guiding principle of our vision and mission. The institution aims at developing such a philosophy to the students and improvises the field of education. This philosophy is the guiding factor in the design of curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular and non-curricular activities of the campus life. It is believed that for a student to be effective in his later life and to be a contributing member of the society he should internalize the traits of Scholarship, Character, Leadership and Citizenship.
Scholarship: Scholarly learning expands the boundaries of knowledge, insights and skills through applying knowledge, researching and discovering enabling a person to exercise his responsibility as a voice of reason and conscience in the society. Observation and contemplation on the creation such as the galaxies, the countless stars and planets, the milky ways, the oceans and mountains, the countless lives on the earth, the interconnectivity among various lives etc. helps one to conceive a sense of the 'Mastermind' behind the creation and a sense of a much higher objectives to achieve in life.
Character: It is the sum total of a person's values, beliefs and personality which reflects in the behaviour and actions. A good character implies durable moral qualities such as integrity, courage, fortitude, honesty, loyalty, behaviours and habits. The major factors influencing character are heredity, early childhood experience, modelling by adults, peer influence, the general physical and social environment, the communications media, and what is taught at the schools.
Leadership: It is the power to lead one's self into fulfilment in life and to powerfully influence and inspire the rest. In contrast to being a hesitant onlooker or a passive bystander, a leader steps forward and takes control of situations in order to produce positive results. The visionary aspect of leadership is excellent communication and people-skills that makes it precise and powerful.
Citizenship: Every global citizen has a duty to address issues of social injustice, inequality and environmental degradation that take place across the glob. Education for citizenship is important because every society needs people to contribute effectively, in a variety of ways, to the future health and wellbeing of communities and the environment, locally, nationally and globally.
